High recyclability and environmental friendliness
Aluminum alloy is a recyclable material, and the recycling process consumes low energy (only 5% of the energy used in the production of primary aluminum), aligning with the "carbon neutrality" trend. After the busbar is discarded, the shell and conductor can be separately recycled and reused, reducing solid waste pollution.
Corrosion-resistant and long-lasting
The surface of aluminum alloy can be treated through processes such as anodizing and spraying to form a dense oxide film (thickness ≥10μm), with a salt spray corrosion resistance of over 1000 hours (compliant with GB/T 10125 standard). When used in humid or coastal areas, its lifespan can reach over 20 years, significantly exceeding that of ordinary cables (10~15 years).
