The enclosed dense structure and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy make it far superior to traditional bare busbars or cables in terms of safety:

High protection level, adaptable to complex environments

The enclosure of the aluminum alloy dense busbar adopts a sealed design, with a protection level up to IP54 (dust and splash proof) or even IP65 (dust and spray proof). It can effectively resist the erosion of harsh environments such as industrial dust, moisture, and oil contamination, avoiding conductor short circuits or insulation damage. It is suitable for special scenarios such as food processing, chemical industry, and underground garages.

Electric shock prevention and mechanical protection

The conductor is completely wrapped by an aluminum alloy shell, which, when grounded, forms a reliable "anti-electric shock barrier" to reduce the risk of accidental contact by personnel. At the same time, the aluminum alloy shell has high strength (tensile strength of about 110MPa) and can withstand certain mechanical impacts (such as construction collisions and equipment vibrations), protecting the internal conductor from damage.

Excellent flame retardant performance

The insulation materials inside the busbar are mostly made of flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with an oxygen index of ≥32, meeting the flame-retardant requirements of the GB/T 18380 standard. Even in the event of a short circuit fault, it can effectively prevent the spread of flames and reduce the risk of fire.
